University of Alabama Tutwiler Parking Deck

This project consisted of a seven-level, cast in place, post tensioned concrete parking deck. The 512,000 SF structure provides 1,452 parking spaces. The structure also houses the Central Energy Plant and Cooling Towers for the adjacent Tutwiler Dormitory.

Foundations for the structure are drilled piers. The exterior skin of the parking deck is architectural precast with thin set brick.
