BJCC Premier Parking Lot

This 378-space parking lot, occupying over three quarters of a city block, is located in downtown Birmingham adjacent to the BJCC Arena. The lot is consisted a premium lot for both its proximity and amenities and was designed to give patrons a safe and enjoyable parking experience, as well as to expand the presence of the BJCC while improving surrounding area.

The project included landscaped areas and decorative fencing, handicap parking and streek improvements surrounding the site including ramps, crosswalks, street drainage, striping, repaving, and new lighting.
