Mr. Young has been employed with MBA Structural Engineers, Inc. since 2002. In 2004 he was named an associate with the firm and in 2017 he was named a Principal with the firm. He has been involved in the design of various types of structures, including medical buildings, office buildings, airports, bridges, schools, sports facilities, condominiums, hotels and church facilities. He is experienced in the design of cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, masonry, light gauge metal\and wood.
