A new 4-level, 97,500 square foot single tenant corporate banking headquarters with a 2-level 90 car parking structure located on a 4.5-acre suburban site in Homewood, Alabama. The structure for the office building is a cast in place concrete frame which utilizes post-tensioned beams for column-free open office space. The parking deck structure is cast-in-place concrete with one way, post-tensioned slabs and beams. Foundations are drilled piers bearing on shale.
