A 300 room, 10-story hotel with total area of 205,000 square feet. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete cast in place frame with post-tensioned flat plate concrete slabs. Reinforced concrete stair and elevator shaft walls are utilized to resist lateral loads. The elevated pool deck is composite metal deck construction. Foundations are drilled piers bearing on rock.
