This 6-level, 310,000 square foot class A office building was the third major building built on the Protective Corporate Campus. The structure is cast-in-place, reinforced concrete and utilizes post-tensioned construction to allow for column-free spans in office areas. Reinforced concrete stairs and elevator shafts were utilized for shear walls to resist lateral loads. The foundations for the building are drilled piers bearing on shale/sandstone.
