This project included construction of a 7-story, 114 room, Residence Inn and renovation of an existing 5-story, 240 room Marriott. The two hotels are connected by a large conference area which includes a dining area and bar. The Residence Inn was constructed using light gauge metal studs supporting long span composite deck and concrete slab. The conference areas and second floor framing consists of structural steel. Foundations for the structure are auger-cast piles.
