This project consists of a new, four-story, 800-space parking deck. This deck is a lateral addition to the Park Place South Deck and will provide additional parking for patients and employees on the growing Children’s of Alabama Campus. The parking deck is built over a two level, 80,000-square-foot, cast-in-place concrete office building and data center.  The main structure of the deck is constructed of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete.  The foundations for this structure are a combination of drilled piers and concrete micropiles bearing on rock.
