This project consists of an 11-story, 525,650-square-foot parking deck built adjacent to the new Lee Office Building.  It provides1,354 additional parking spaces for the hospital system, serving the new office building as well as the main Children’s of Alabama facility. The structural system is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure with post-tensioned beams and one-way slabs. The foundations for this structure are a combination of drilled piers and driven H-piles bearing on rock.
