The project will consist of a new arena for the Birmingham Parks & Recreation Board. The facility includes a 140,000 SF Indoor track & field facility, 50,000 SF natatorium with a connector to the existing arena, and a fountain structure. The structural system is structural steel and utilizes long span steel trusses.

Construction Cost: $41.0 Million
