The project consists of a new 195,000 SF, five-story expansion to the existing hospital. The expansion provides additional neonatal/pediatric ICU units, additional operating rooms and larger patient rooms. The design phase utilized BIM (Building Information Modeling). The structural system is reinforced concrete beam and slab floors.

Construction Cost: $43.0 Million
Estimated Completion: 2012
