The project consists of a 300 room, 10-story hotel located in downtown Birmingham situated adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel.  The Westin Hotel is slated to be the “cornerstone” of the Marketplace Entertainment Development. Altogether, the $70.0 Million Project, which has begun construction, is the first significant development in downtown Birmingham in the last several years and one of the leading projects in the downtown revitalization movement. This project utilizes a reinforced concrete frame with post-tensioned flat plate floors.

Construction Cost: $35.0 Million
